Do not recommend
I paid a retainer November 2024. April 2025 and still nothing had been completed. I would have received the same results if I would have set the money on fire. I asked to be given a refund or be considered for a refund but my correspondence goes unanswered.

I do not recommend Janis. Her and her paralegals are rude and do not communicate with you as much as they should. Did not achieve anything in my child custody case. Poor skills
Very poor service. Does not do what is asked nor achieve results. On top of that does not bill correctly and will not resolve. I had to hire another lawyer to fix her mess.

Listening is not a strong suit
This lawyer is unorganized, misses court dates, fails to communicate or listen. Insulates herself from the client with overuse of paralegal services, billing out office assistant duties as paralegel services at paralegal rates,
