Outstanding Representation

Our family has retained Nicole on two separate occasions, obtaining excellent outcomes for both cases. An outstanding CPS defense attorney, with excellent staff support and a depth of resources. She is definitely a tenacious attorney who will represent you to the fullest extent of your legal rights. ...Nicole is well respected in the juvenile court system, and her word and reputation went a long way in the positive resolution of our cases.

Experienced & Professional

Nicole Anderson took my case and my situation seriously. I am impressed with the knowledge and expertise she and her staff displayed as my case evolved. I never had a moment where I could not rely on Nicole's direction. I found that the welfare of my daughter was first and foremost with Nicole. Nic...ole represented my daughter's well-being with determination and professionalism at each and every hearing. I truly feel that I would not have custody of my daughter without Nicole and her staff continually pushing through countless obstacles for me and my daughter. Words can't express my true appreciation for the care and service Nicole and her team showed me. Thank you for everything! Highly Recommended*

very unprofessional / will not show up for court

Says what you want to hear until she is paid. After paid will not call you back, answer questions, or even show up for court case. Never met such an unprofessional person. Staff NEVER knows answers to questions and will say she will have nicole get back to you which never happened. DO NOT WASTE YO...UR MONEY! Listen to reviews there true. Did not show up to my hearings and didn't show up till noon for my first 1st. For weeks I've called and emailed with no reply. Basically had to be my own attorney WORST MISTAKE of my case was to hire her. If you value your case find another attorney she will only disappoint you.

I was going through a nasty divorce and custody battle. At first she will act like she will fight for you but make comments to you such as "Well your the one who married him". I was shock I'm paying her to be rude. I was told not to ask for any child support becausei made more than my ex. That i ...may have to pay him support for his every other weekend visit. I got left with all thebills and he got our used car that i paid cash for. Then the following visit he was able to buy a new vehicle. She ran late to court hearings. Both her and the opposing parties attorney wrote my ex an I a horrible agreement that she insisted that i sign. Worst thing I could to do. Because later my ex was trying to get me for contempt. I rarely spoke to her I spoke to her assistant Jessica that was pretty on top of it. But then Jessica was no longer working there and a new person took her place. On top of that Nicole was going through her own divorce. By this time I really had no contact with Nicole but the assistant that didn't have any knowledge and was getting charged every time I would call to ask her a question she couldn't answer or better yet lie. I had to call the family court daily to find out if my attorney put in a request for the mediation papers. Every time I call the law office and talk to the assistant she would lie and yell me that they made a request for it but according to family court they hadn't received anything. It was a joke I was highly upset and decided to get another attorney luckily I did get the difference of what I paid. I was seriously upset what a waste of money.
