Nicole Bernice Anderson

Nicole has been my representation in a high conflict custody matter nearing four years. I was referred to Nicole by another legal professional, she was one of three names. I asked around and from several different sources(to include a principal and pediatrician) she was held in high regard. I was eve...n told by a judge outside of court, "she is the best choice." Nicole confidently represented me in multiple trials, negotiated favorable parenting plans, protected the best interest of my children, restricted contact from my ex-spouse to ease conflict in my life and my children's. Successfully argued court sanctions against my ex-spouse to recoup two years of legal fees, medical fees, child support arrears and setmaccurate support amounts. Her representation is unparalleled and I am thankful she was not opposing me! As a client she gave me very important advice that I still carry with me. "Always take the high road, get a nose bleed from climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro." It worked, I am better for it as a person and in the courtroom. Nicole will work hard for you but a good client is a honest and listens. Yes you will wait while she is in juvenile court. However, Claire her assistant will keep you informed and does an excellent job behind the scenes preparing your file. Nicole does not always hold your hand or tell you what you want to hear, especially when you are headed into the courtroom for game time. BUT, going into brain surgery, I ask do want the top Neuro Surgeon or Dr. Feelgood? Nicole is good at what she does and cares about her clients. I was going through a nasty divorce and custody battle. At first she will act like she will fight for you but make comments to you such as "Well your the one who married him". I was shock I'm paying her to be rude. I was told not to ask for any child support becausei made more than my ex. That i ...may have to pay him support for his every other weekend visit. I got left with all thebills and he got our used car that i paid cash for. Then the following visit he was able to buy a new vehicle. She ran late to court hearings. Both her and the opposing parties attorney wrote my ex an I a horrible agreement that she insisted that i sign. Worst thing I could to do. Because later my ex was trying to get me for contempt. I rarely spoke to her I spoke to her assistant Jessica that was pretty on top of it. But then Jessica was no longer working there and a new person took her place. On top of that Nicole was going through her own divorce. By this time I really had no contact with Nicole but the assistant that didn't have any knowledge and was getting charged every time I would call to ask her a question she couldn't answer or better yet lie. I had to call the family court daily to find out if my attorney put in a request for the mediation papers. Every time I call the law office and talk to the assistant she would lie and yell me that they made a request for it but according to family court they hadn't received anything. It was a joke I was highly upset and decided to get another attorney luckily I did get the difference of what I paid. I was seriously upset what a waste of money.
