If I could rate Jeff Raynes a ZERO I would. Jeff represented me in a medical malpractice law suit. Over the course of years countless doctor visits, experts and negotiations the attorneys for the defense offered 180.000.00 Jeff said not to take it that this case was worth 350.000.00. We ended up goin...g to a full trial that lasted 2 weeks. Jeff lost the case. Fast forward to 2004 my family hired Jeff Raynes to represent us in the wrongful death law suit concerning my mother. Jeff Raynes represented us concerning. After months of negotiations, depositions and representation at the 11th hour Jeff Raynes instructed his staff to notify our family that he had decided not to represent us in the wrongful death lawsuit. He would not accept our calls, he would not provide an explanation. The only information we were told was Jeff Raynes had changed his mind. The statue of limitations was hours from expiring my family went to court to get an extension so time would be permitted to hire new council. Jeff Raynes never filed a petition to start the law suit from the beginning. This case was never heard and thanks to Jeff Raynes and his infinite wisdom he lost another case.
