James William Francis Tritt

While clerking at his family’s family law practice, James attended Loyola Law School, where as a certified law student he successfully defended and argued a pro bono family law appeal at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. James also won best appellate brief as a law student during moot court competition.

Although attending Loyola on a scholarship, James worked with his parents at their family law and appellate practice throughout law school.

Since being admitted to the Bar, James has defended parents in juvenile dependency cases and represented clients in family law litigation, civil litigation, and appeals.

James’ approach to applying sound legal research and writing skills to cases focuses on achieving maximum results as efficiently as possible.
