These people help me fill out my eviction form 3 months ago. Because of the new Covid laws, he said I had to fill out the form as I was selling the house. The Squaters, not tenants, have been in the house for 18 month. So 3 months passed and I ask him to call me and send him an email he ask me for p...roof of service. I sent him back the email I sent him in July. He did not return my call and sent me an email asking me the same questions as he did when he first took the case. Answered his email and offered to send him zelle payment. At 5:30 on a Friday this guy sends me an email, NEVER A RETURN CALL,and tells me he is not going to follow through with the case! I would recommend you not to call!!!! The most unprofessional experience I have had in 35 years of business

I gave Ford Dent Munn a $10,000.00 retainer and after I fired him for incompetence he never gave me an accounting of his fees. He did not make an offer to the complainant that I instructed him to do forcing me to go to trial. I believe he did this to continue dragging this case out. He told me numer...ous times that business was slow so I suspect this is why he attempted to drag this case out. . He works out of a small one room office in an office for lease building.
