Biography
Mr. Klatchko has a broad-based civil practice including both transactional and litigation matters. The emphasis of his practice is in Real Estate (including Acquisitions, Subdivision, Construction, Contractual Issues, Sales, Dispute Resolution and Litigation), Business, and all aspects of Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Administration). He is also experienced in Conservatorships and Guardianships. He has particular expertise with regard to Common Interest Subdivision Law (Condominiums) and Homeowner Associations.
Mr. Klatchko obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, graduating in 1971. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, graduating in 1974. Mr. Klatchko is a real estate broker licensed by the State of California since 1980. He is currently a member of the City of Palm Springs Planning Commission and previously served on the Planning Commission from 1997 through 2003, including two years as its chairman. Throughout his career Mr. Klatchko has been active in not only professional organizations, but in civic and charitable activities as well.
