About Nikki
Biography
Nikki B. Allen has over twenty years of legal experience and is licensed in California and Colorado. She began her career in 2000 with a national law firm in Denver, where she handled the closing of numerous multi-million-dollar transactions. After relocating to Palm Desert in 2005, Ms. Allen expanded her practice to business law, real estate, entity formation, and contract drafting. For the past two decades she has focused on estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives, and special needs trusts, and she represents clients in probate and trust litigation as well as in the administration of estates and trusts. She also handles real estate matters and civil litigation, including homeowner association disputes for homeowners, and works to help clients resolve issues while avoiding costly litigation. Ms. Allen graduated cum laude from the University of Denver College of Law in 2000, served on the Law Review, and published an article while in law school. A former Division I soccer player at the University of Massachusetts, she lives in Palm Desert with her husband and fourteen-year-old son Jack, coaches his soccer team, practices yoga, and cares for her pug, Lucy.
