Expertly navigated my landlord dispute!

Nikki was hired by me to deal with an unpleasant situation with my "landlord", which is actually a larger management company. Through no fault of my own, my apartment had been uninhabitable for nearly a month, and I could barely get them to acknowledge me. She sprang to action on my behalf immediatel...y, never once backing down. In her interactions with my landlord, she somehow managed to be courteous yet authoritative and was quite effective in her communications. On a personal level, Nikki was knowledgeable, empathetic, responsive, reassuring, and exceedingly patient with me, continually going above and beyond what I ever could have asked or expected of her. She ensured that I knew that she was in my corner, and that she was dedicated to making things right for me. Not only did Nikki prevail for me, she took a weight off of my shoulders when I felt lost, alone, and ignored. She is not just a reputable, experienced lawyer whom I would hire again in an instant, but a truly special person as well. 100% recommend!

I first hired Nikki Allen to get her help an issue concerning my father’s trust, of which I am a beneficiary. The trustee we had in place turned out to be engaged in illegal activity. Nikki quickly took control, had the trustee removed, and has been involved with me every step of the way since. Ther...e is no trust, real estate or probate matter that Nikki could not be an asset to. Working with Nikki on my father’s trust, made me realize that I needed to create a trust and redo the wills for my own family’s assets. Nikki worked with me to make sure that everything was put together according to my needs. I was extremely happy with the finished product. I can not recommend the work of Nikki Allen highly enough.

ALWAYS AMAZING...!

Nikki Allen has represented me personally as well as professionally. I definitely endorse Ms. Allen and have hired her numerous times over the years. I have come to trust her judgement and recommendations explicitly. She always has my business and personal structures on her radar and handles my Perso...nal business, LLC's and Corporate affairs with A "trusted" professionalism. She has represented me recently in a settlement on my behalf as well as helping me avoid litigation. She is also VERY fair when it comes to her fees. She knows the legal system thoroughly and is a great negotiator as well as litigator. She moves quick on timely matters when you need her too. She has also... over the past 10 years become a trusted friend. I would refer anyone who needs to legal representation use Nikki Allen...she is a smart worker, energetic and an be trusted with YOUR best interest in mind.

PERFECT is the word that comes to mind.

If you need an Attorney who's smart, compassionate, knowledgeable, and will fight for you AND stays in communication, then Ms. Ahrenholz (Allen) is the Attorney for you. I've been handling my case 'In Pro Per', as Defendant/Cross-Complainant, for almost year now. I thought I could handle it... I'm th...e kind of guy who ALWAYS fights his own battles. ALWAYS. Win or lose, I would rather do something myself than rely on anyone else, especially an Attorney. So for me, after getting a head full of grey hair and having to start blood pressure medication at 46 years old because of the stress of an alleged frivolous and nuisance case, relying on Nikki says alot. She gets my wholehearted and ultimate recommendation as an Attorney who's different from the others.
