I contacted them one afternoon and by that evening I was contacted by their chiropractor for a next day appt to begin treatment. (I also saw a PT, and got an MRI because of them) Treatment continued ...until I was 100% better! The process was easy and simple. Never had any issues. Communication with Pauline was excellent. I didn’t pay anything out of pocket! The settlement was quick, I waited 2-3 months but because they fought for a bigger settlement when they felt like I wasn’t offered enough. 100% would recommend.
