The most incompetent Attorney I've ever dealt with. He failed to inform the fire department and the hospital that I have full coverage auto insurance. I sent him all the letters from the hospital and the fire department. I've sent him all collection letters. He was never on top of the case, he was ex...tremely careless about every aspect of this case. Now, my credit is ruined because he failed to inform the hospitals of my on going case. After he received a settlement, he didn't pay the medical bills on time. He only paid one bill and left the other one open. The collection agencies and the hospital all have records showing that he never gave them my insurance information or adjusters phone number. He never provided a claim number, he never reassured the fire department or the hospital that they will get paid once the case settles. He never contacted them until it was in collection. I have to repair my credit myself. I have already filled a complaint with the California BAR, and I know for a fact that this half wit of an Attorney hase been disciplined once for illegally collecting money from clients while his license was suspended. My husband will also file a separate complaint against this incompetent irresponsible ambulance chaser. When my husband called him to get an update on weather he is working on getting the deletion letters from the credit reporting agencies. Donald, cursed at my husband over the phone and told him "to go f yourself, you idiot mother f-er"..... "WTF you want me to do? I am leaving town for vacation" "I don't give a f" This guy is a pathetic loser, nobody should have the misfortune to be his client. All the Attorneys out there should know about this ill equipped pathetic loser of an Attorney. He should lose his license immediately!!!!!!
