I'm not sure if he left me stranded or is firm however my x per usual filed a temp order because he was out of money. Spent too much on his recent Caribbean cruise with mistress. I get the call from Funnes office that we need to appear tomorrow morning !! And by the way we need $2500. There went m...y mortgage payment. I show up in morning at court. Some unknown attorney who is on the do let for a collections case walks up and says Dunne can't make it. I have the package. 2 inches thick and we are due in court in 5 minutes. The travesty of this is it was a case that a monkey could have won with the evidence in my phone. This attorney had no history of my case was unable to cross examine and I didn't even know the. Charges or content cause I never received a copy. Nor have I post case. We lost miserably. Am trying to find another attorney to go back and re argue due to incompetence of first. Basically I got passed off and blind sided. Word of caution. Do not "retain" this firm. Only pay as u go.
