The California DVM revoked my son's driver's license for not getting a medical exam as recommended to them by a California Highway Patrol Officer nearly a year a half ago. He was never notified to get a medical exam or that his license was revoked. Last December he was stopped for a stop sign violati...on. Surprise, my son's license was no good. He gets a stop sign charge (which he pleads guilty) the license he has in hand gets taken and the car is towed to the impound yard. He gets charged with a misdemeanor.
