I hired Thomas Watkins to file a chapter 7 for me. After paying cash and waiting for over a year for the BK to be filed he admitted that he didnt have the $335 to file my case and asked if he. Could borrow another $335 from me or he couldnt file the case since he already spent the $2000 I already gav...e him. He showed up an hour late to the hearing and did not have the documents required. He also did not file the motion to remove 2 liens from my peoperty. He does not return calls texts or emails. I have turned him into the CA BAR and submitted an application for reembursment throught the CA BAR. Do NOT hire him.

I hired for a chapter 7 and when I moved out of the area asked for a particular refund of my retainer and have been told they would sent out. 3 months and still waiting. Also after a free 15 conference and posting my retainer never did they contact me or mail me anything ie: billing, statements? Ect....

I used Mr. Watkins for our BK Chapter 7, it ran into problems with IRS motions to stop our filing and Mr. Watkins was right there every step of the way to help us get through it, and win the case to continue our filing. The office is small yet personable enough to allow much personal contact as neede...d throughout your case and even afterwards if so needed to talk about something. Very trustworthy.
