Biography
Heath L. Baker is a Senior Trial Attorney at Reel Fathers Rights, based in the Palm Desert office. A lifelong resident of Southern California, Heath was born and raised in Riverside. He earned his undergraduate degree from California Baptist University before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Southern California Law School.
Before becoming an attorney, Heath retired from the Riverside Police Department, where he gained extensive experience with the courts, investigations, and judicial processes, seeing both sides of the criminal prosecution system. Following his retirement, he became a licensed private investigator, focusing on family law and child custody cases for over six years. During this time, he honed his ability to support legal cases through investigations, a skill he now applies exclusively to his own clients.
Since graduating from law school, Heath has spent over a decade litigating family law cases in the Inland Empire and Coachella Valley. He has represented several high-profile clients in complex family law litigation and has built a strong reputation as a dedicated advocate for fathers’ rights.
Since joining Reel Fathers Rights, Heath has continued to establish himself as a trusted representative for men and fathers in Family Courts across Southern California, including Indio, Riverside, Hemet, San Bernardino, Barstow, Orange, Pomona, Los Angeles, and Vista.
