Biography
I am a husband and a father and I believe that a family can continue in harmony even after a divorce. I know this because I am a product of divorced parents. My parents divorced when I was two years old. They remained good friends and have been throughout my childhood and adult life.
I understand that maintaining civility during and after a divorce can be difficult, if not seemingly impossible, but when children are involved, I strive to encourage cooperative co-parenting. Of course there are times when a parent has committed an act so egregious that civility is not warranted.
My goal to maintain family civility does not hinder my agressive representation when it comes to achieving a just and fair outcome for my client. The California laws on divorce are written with fairness and equity in mind, and I will do everything within the law to reach the best possible outcome for my client.

So far so good!
As my case continues my lawyer has been very helpful. He has been very quick to respond and has the knowledge needed to get the job done. I've not needed one before so I don't have much to compare to but what I do know is he has the confidence and expertise that one would desire on their side.
