From the moment I walked into Filex Sanchez's office I got a great vibe. Right away I was greeted by a friendly staff member and offered something to drink, which I was thankful for since it was a hot day out. I did not have to wait long before I was then greeted by Leonardo Cortez, who was assisting... with my file, he was very cordial and professional, he knew exactly what was going on with my file and had the answers to all of my questions. Throughout the entire process I was receiving calls and emails that helped me stay updated with my files progress. Do to my busy schedule there were times I was not able to answer call or emails, and at times it would take me a few days to get back to Leonardo, still he kept reaching out and following up with me to make sure I received the message. I really appreciated this since it made me feel they truly cared, and I was not just another client. Overall my experience was above excellent. I have already recommended Filex Sanchez to family and friends of mine and will continue to talk about how well I was treated here.
