Biography
Ermila began her legal career as a Deputy City Attorney with the San Diego City Attorney’s Office where she gained valuable trial experience. She received extensive courtroom experience including jury trials, bench trials, motions and evidentiary hearings. Ermila worked for five years with a San Diego Family Law firm in all areas of Family Law including high asset divorce cases, high conflict custody/visitation cases and military divorces. Ermila then chose to open her own law firm, MARTINEZ LAW. It is the only law firm of its kind in all of California and represents clients in Southern California with legal issues in the areas of Family Law including Divorce, Criminal Defense and Employment Law
