William J Kiernan

Bill Kiernan has helped me on my child custody case twice now. I think the thing I like most about him is his no nonsense approach. If you are looking for a lawyer that will just tell you what you want to to here to make you feel better then this is not the man. When Mr Kiernan and I first sat down h...e was very upfront with me about my case and I felt well prepared going into court (no surprises). Another thing I really like about him is that I can always get a hold of him in a business day. Anyone needing an attorney doesnt want to wait two or three days to here back about a question and I like my case being explained to me in ways that I can understand. I have and will continue to recommend him to people I know!

My lawyer immediately made me feel at ease in our initial meeting. It was a field trip kind of meeting. Mr. Kiernan wanted me to see and feel what the court system is like and I appreciate that. From the first hearing through final judgement of my case, he made sure that our case was presented clearl...y and easily understood. Of course there are hiccups along the way and Mr. Kiernan always find ways to abate the burden. He made sure I was proactive with documentation. He made me see things that I don't necessarily see in the legal perspective. It was a great learning process. Mr. Kiernan also volunteers in his community as a staff of the community sports club.
