Unprofessional
This lawyer is extremely unprofessional with her clients. She is unorganized to the point of ridiculousness and she does not follow up on her responsibilities at all. She has left me hanging for almost a year now, refuses to return my e-mails or calls.

I hired Jessica to take care of a civil matter for me. She made only 1 phone call and the Plaintiff had with drawn his complaint Ms Vienna never followed through with getting a mechanics lien removed.
