Our home goes to sale on Dec 17, 2014. Has anyone lost there home working with this person/form? NEVER PAY ANYONE UPFRONT FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. It appears it's a lesson learned the hard way. We paid her firm almost $4k for a home modification 4 mouths ago for a process that started in April/...May and I can't contact her office and the website is done and all email returned as undeliverable. As far as I know she has ripped me and my family (wife and four children) off, scammed us, and we will probably lose our home. She approved us for this modification and knew who our lender was and the type of loan we had. We were in good standing with our mortgage when we started this with her firm and now it looks like we will lose our home. Two of my daughters have been hospitalized twice since Jan 2014 for depression which require extended stays. We knew the medical bills would cause difficulties on our finances and thought a reduction in our mortgage would help.

I contracted with the Law Offices of Angela Mueller for a hardship modification for $4000. They advised me, along with an organization called Loss Mitigation Associates, that the process would take 3 months. At 3 months, there was no progress and they transferred me to an organization called DreaMake...r Processing. Three months later, there is no visible progress on our case and our mortgage lender is proceeding with foreclosure. I am worse off than I was in the beginning. Six months delinquent on my mortgage (on their advice to stop paying) $4k in the hole, and facing foreclosure.

I cannot find a phone number to talk to this woman. We paid her $ 3,000 for a loan remodification and 10 months later Dreamaker the mortgage company she uses closed our case saying we didn't comply with what they asked for. We kept submitting the same information over and over yet they continued to... ask for the same things. It was very fishy and there was always someone "new" for which we had to deal. I cannot express how angry we are this very unprofessional person. A phone number and a conversation is at least warranted for $ 3,000.
