Angela Elizabeth Mueller

I cannot find a phone number to talk to this woman. We paid her $ 3,000 for a loan remodification and 10 months later Dreamaker the mortgage company she uses closed our case saying we didn't comply with what they asked for. We kept submitting the same information over and over yet they continued to... ask for the same things. It was very fishy and there was always someone "new" for which we had to deal. I cannot express how angry we are this very unprofessional person. A phone number and a conversation is at least warranted for $ 3,000.

Entered into an agreement with this firm on 3/24/2014. For a fee amount Angela Mueller's firm was to assist with loan modification with a mortgage company that did not work with Fannie or Freddie loans. Guaranteed me that they could get it done and told me what I could expect. After submitting all... paperwork I was handed over to another company for processing and have heard nothing else from her firm. I have called and left messages for over a month and have had no return phone call. Based on information from the processing company I am not getting any kind of modification and I am now out over $4000 and now delinquent in my mortgage (which I was not before talking with her firm). It was difficult making the payments because I had lost my job now I may loose my home because of this law firm. Do not have anything to do with the Law Offices of Angela Mueller or a company called Loss Mitigation Associates. I planned to report her to BBB. Also, she has no fax number listed so you cannot even fax her and calling gets you know where.

I contracted this law firm on an offer of what they could do for me. My case was passed on to 2 other firms. I found out after the fact. At the end an agreement was done without letting me know what was truly being negotiated, plus I found out through my own means and told the point of contact about... it. I received the agreement a month after it sat at Mueller's firm. I signed no choice but it at that point, and have not heard anything back other than this lawyer disengaged from the process. I have a worse agreement than before.
