I represent Homeowners Associations, Planned Unit Developments and other Non-Profit organizations in all areas of litigation including enforcement of governing documents, litigation under the Davis-Stirling Act, real property issues (easements and land use), employment disputes, premises liability, breach of contract, etc. I have tried over 50 jury trials and numerous bench trials.
