Security Clearance Help

I had a short suspense date to have a security clearance reply brief. I emailed Mr. Edmunds and he replied that same day. He answered all of my questions and got started on the brief and had it submitted in time. With the help of Mr. Edmunds and his staff, I know have my security clearance and the op...portunity to continue my career and provide for my family. “THANK YOU” Mr. Edmunds and staff!!

Security Clearance

Hired law firm to help answer security clearance issue. After paying $$$, I still have no idea what the issue is on why my clearance has been flagged. A complete waste of money!! They are very disorganized. They would email one form for me to fill out, which I did and sent back. A few days later, the...y would email another form for me to fill out, which I did and sent back. A few days later, they would email another form for me to fill out, which I did and sent back. A few days later, they would email another form for me to fill out, which I did and sent back. If they really deal with security clearance issues, they SHOULD SEND ANY RELEVANT DOCS at one time! The firm never provided ANY document they received from NGA. They sent me an email indicating they contacted NGA and provided what they said was NGA's 'response. I have seen no proof they actually contacted the agency. I requested law firm's assistance to obtain reason and documents from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency regarding the loss of my security clearance. Before my father hired them for me, I knew my clearance had a "Loss of Jurisdiction" mark. Before providing $ to the firm, I spoke with one of their people and provided them with this information. The email I received at the end from the law firm basically said there was a "Loss of Jurisdiction." It cost $1K to find out what I already knew. They did say they would write a letter to potential employers that the potential employer could pick up my clearance, but the letter would cost additional money from what I recall. Firm will try to have adverse reviews removed!

Family Law

They may be right for security, but steer away from family law. My attorney wasn't prepared, stuttered and couldn't complete a sentence. I almost stood up in court and ask for a continuance until I could find representation that could speak in complete a sentences. He did everything he said we could...n't do and did nothing he said we had to do. He didn't present anything he said he would. I honestly think he was trying to string me out for a lot of money. They had 3 weeks to prepare and I had less than an hour to review my "declaration", which had many errors. I should have been more diligent about reading reviews. They ruined my life and I haven't seen my kids for 5 weeks and counting. ps when I discharged them it took them 3 tries to get the form correct.
