Security Clearance Case

I am almost certain I would have not received the favorable decision with my security clearance if it wasn’t for Mr. Edmunds and his amazing team. His team was quick in responding to the government and putting together an extensive packet with mitigating evidence. His team was always quick to respond... to emails and phone calls, they were also very empathetic and very respectful with the difficult situation I was going through. Mr. Edmunds extensive experience was pivotal in preparing me for the hearing. Prior to this, I had zero experience in dealing with legal matters and the court system. Mr. Edmunds met with me personally on various occasions to go over my case and the strategy we would take during the hearing. On the day of the hearing the government brought up 2 exhibits against me, Mr. Edmunds firm had prepared a packet with over 15 mitigating exhibits in my defense. It was clear to me that on the day of the trial we had the upper hand. In the DOHA written decision, the judge wrote about me “he impressed me as a young man with maturity and candor well beyond his years”. Again, I am certain the hearing wouldn’t have gone as well as it did if Mr. Edmunds hadn’t prepared me so well. Mr. Edmunds law firm saved my career and what I have worked so hard to obtain; and for that reason I am extremely grateful! For reference, I received a SOR under adjudication guideline H.

The Edmunds Law Firm - WON MY CASE

I highly recommend The Edmunds Law Firm for any security clearance issues you may be having. Now that the Military has transited into the Continuous Evaluation (CE) review process you need to know what to do when your command receives a (CER) Continuous Evaluation Report on you from Defense Counterin...telligence and Security Agency (DCSA). I had no idea what to do and there were little to no instructions how to reply to this time sensitive response. At the time, I didn’t know about The Edmunds Law Firm (TELF) and the CER input I submitted resulted in a denial which elevated my security clearance investigation to a Statement Of Reasons (SOR). First lessons learned, if you receive a CER don’t submit your reply yourself. A self-submitted CER response will have little to no chance of receiving a positive reply. After my failed attempt on submitting my own reply to the CER, DCSA forwarded my case to the next and final step (SOR) before having to request to petition the court. Once again, I was going to submit my own reply to the SOR because I didn’t realize there were law firms that specialized in government security clearances rebuttals. After allowing 45 out of my 60 days to expire on the response to my SOR I searched the internet to find out if there were any companies that specialize in government security clearance issues. I found TELF in an internet search I conducted. From the moment of my first call, I had nothing but positive things to say about how TELF handled my case. The owner, Alan Edmunds, answered my call and arranged for his firm to handle my SOR response. Alan and his firm specialize in security issues like CE and SOR and they will not disappoint you in their work to produce a professional and creditable response document. With just two weeks to respond, I was not sure if Alan’s firm could help me. Alan told me it would be challenging to submit all my documentation but he was willing to represent me in my SOR response. Alan assigned me one of his paralegals to assist in formatting my response. The experience of interacting with my assigned paralegal was nothing short of outstanding. The paralegal assembles and formats the information requested from you in a document that meets the CE/SRO submission guidelines. TELF fees are fixed and very reasonable ($1,800) considering the input required and subsequent positive result decides if you will ever work at a job requiring a security clearance. Once the documents are collected and ready for submission you will be able to review and make changes. After your review, they will give you the documents for submission to your security officer. TELF also submits your package to DCSA as a back-up. The results from my SOR investigation came back approved and I kept my security clearance. I am confident without The Edmunds Law Firm the results of my investigation would have most likely been unsuccessful. Also, Alan Edmunds told me, if for some reason the SOR comes back denied he will represent me for a fixed price in court to challenge the SOR denial. The bottom line: If you receive a CER/SOR hire The Edmunds Law Firm to represent you for a successful outcome to your security clearance investigation.

Amazing Result!

I received a Supplemental Information Request (SIR) from DoD CAF and recognized that I needed assistance to generate a response. I researched available attorneys and found excellent reviews for the Edmunds firm. I submitted a request for assistance on a Friday evening and received a call from Mr. E...dmunds on Saturday. I retained his firm based upon that initial discussion and we started the response package on the same day. I was assigned a very responsive team who assembled the package for my response to DoD CAF. Within one business day of submitting the response, my case was favorably adjudicated by DoD CAF! The Edmunds team successfully presented my whole person defense through their comprehensive response package. I could not have achieved this result without their representation and especially not at this stage of the process. I never had to go to a SOR or formal hearing. Hire this firm if you value your career! They understand this process and they can get favorable results!

Reinstated!!!!

Let me first say that anyone who has gone their clearance possibly being revoked will know how painful it can be. Just the thought of losing your livelihood, there are not many words to describe that feeling. I am already a worry wart, so having to deal with this made my worry and anxiety 100x worse.... Like many of you, I read so many discussion boards and majority, if not all, advised a lawyer and/or hired a lawyer. I reached out to 2 other law firms prior to hiring The Edmunds Law Firm but the price tag was way too high. When I reached out to The Edmunds Law Firm, their approach when dealing with my response to the SOR was no different the other 2 law firms I contacted. The biggest difference was the price, literally half the cost that was a flat fee, no retainer! I was a bit skeptical because of the huge price difference. But I thought long and hard so I hired the Edmunds Law Firm. And I am so glad I did. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! Brittany was the attorney who assisted me. I had specific questions regarding my case and the military. And although Brittany was not too familiar with the military, she let me speak to another attorney, who had more experience with the military, I forgot his name. But he was extremely helpful and insightful as well. It was a pretty straight forward process, as I had to get all the required documents together and send to Brittany and her team. Once they received everything from me, they worked their magic on my response. Once it was completed, I reviewed the draft and it was sent off. Of course you have your doubts, and what ifs, and just thoughts of not being reinstated. That will unfortunately come along with this process. But the response Brittany and her team wrote was really strong and I am so grateful to them!! My career has been saved and I cannot think Brittany and The Edmunds Law Firm enough for their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge through this entire ordeal. If you are ever in a situation regarding your clearance, please contact this law firm, you will not be disappointed!!

Magnificent!

I was denied security clearance, so I hired The Edmunds Law Firm to file an appeal. From the first consultation I felt safe that they would do all they could in order to help me out. The team is very determined and hard-working to assure the best quality work, I was shown progress over time and thank...fully at the end won my appeal! I wish I would have found the Edmunds law firm sooner they are very smart and up to date with so many ways to receive your security clearance back!
