Victory With Security Clearance Matter

Looking for help defending your security clearance by responding to a Statement of Reasons? Look NO FURTHER THAN EDMUNDS LAW FIRM! They are truly fantastic! In short, Alan Edmunds and his staff saved my 15 year career as a Civilian Government Contractor on a Navy account. I received an SOR in January... 2016 after filing two Chapter 13 bankruptcies inside of a 7 year period. I was absolutely panicked and convinced that I would not be able to sway the Government to see me as the good and trustworthy individual that I am, who has had a calamity of impactful events happen in my life. I thought I would lose my job and lose everything I have worked so hard for! Absolutely Amazing Attorney, Spiritual Leader, and Humanitarian.

Alan is an absolutely amazing attorney with a lot of experience. He serves his clients, humanity, and all people in a fashion that other attorneys should emulate. He’s a good friend of the veteran and LGBTQ communities who has helped countless people with military discharge upgrades, including myself..., allowing us to serve our country again despite past regulations and laws. Alan was with me through every step of the way, handled everything very professionally, and was extremely supportive. Although sometimes he and his team can be very busy whilst travelling to hear very important cases and helping other clients, he and his team, including Dennis, always made the greatest effort to respond back to all of my questions, concerns, and comments in a prompt fashion. His capability as an attorney is only matched by his willingness to shape the world through his spirituality and faith. Although, I’ve never been one to quote the Bible, it is through immense gratitude to him that I must recall that “In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace” (Ephesians 1:7). His true Christian demeanor is the type of love and tenacity the world seeks.

Security Clearance Matter

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm back in February 2015 after I received a Statement of Reasons (SOR) challenging my credentials to hold a clearance. The Edmunds Law Firm did an outstanding job in working through the SOR and even though the written appeal was denied, Alan Edmunds represented me before th...e DOHA court, and did an amazing job which led to me being granted my security clearance in January of 2016. The process was long and arduous, but the Edmunds Law Firm knew exactly what to do at every step. If you ever find yourself with a Security Clearance issue, you owe it to yourself to use the Edmunds Law Firm.

Security Clearance Hearing

I am quite grateful that I hired attorney Edmunds to represent me. I have approximately zero experience dealing with this type of legal situation, so I was grateful for the clarity and understanding he provided to me about the entire process. Most importantly, his representation resulted in my winnin...g a case to have my security clearance reinstated after it had been suspended. He guided me in gathering evidence and character witnesses. Beyond the hard evidence, he was able to present my case in a way that reflected my character and my passion to support my country and troops. His passion when he presented his closing argument was impressive, and I had the sense that we had really hit a home run. After our victory in the hearing, the opposition pressed on with an appeal, which Attorney Edmunds convinced them to withdraw before it even went to the appeals board. I really felt like he picked up my case, hit the ground running, guided me to gather everything I needed to win, and doggedly stuck with the case through to the very end. My hope is that I will never need to deal with such a legal situation again, but if I find myself in that situation, I will not hesitate to go back to Attorney Edmunds for representation again.
