Security Clearance - Highly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable law firm

I hired the Edmunds Law Firm shortly after receiving a Statement of Reasons from my security officer concerning their intent to revoke my security clearance. Attorney Ryan Nerney expertly handled my case which led to a favorable adjudication. He advised me of items he needed to review and requested... detailed information from me regarding the security concerns. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Nerney quickly answered my concerns and was always available to me whenever I contacted his office. Following his receipt of all facts and information, a very thorough written response resulted in the favorable adjudication without the need for a hearing or board. Help with DoD Security Clearance

I initially emailed the Edmunds Law Firm about a letter I had received from the Department of Defense stating they were getting ready to deny my SECRET security clearance and giving me a very short window to appeal. The first call I got was from Alan Edmunds and they were on the case immediately fil...ing the correct paperwork, contacting the appropriate government folks and staving off a pending denial of my clearance. Mr. Ryan Nerney was assigned to my case and he carefully walked me thru the exact steps I needed to take (including requesting a hearing to which my company FSO said I didn't need to request and reply in writing) to ensure I had the best chance of reviving my now on life support security clearance. I am happy to say it worked! I had spent almost 3 years responding back and fourth with the government when if I had only reached out to the Edmunds Law Firm when I got my first SOR I could have saved myself a year of stress and had my clearance much earlier. I can't say enough about the Edmunds Law Firm and Mr Nerney, they are professional, know the law, have great experience and relationships with the local (in my case San Diego) government personnel and treat you with the utmost respect even with some of your "skeletons in the closet" are a bit embarrassing. I would hire again in a second and highly recommend the Edmunds Law Firm for any DoD security clearance issues as they'll definitely get the job done!

Excellent security clearance lawyer

Alan Edmunds is a very experienced lawyer dealing with security clearance. I am glad I chose him as my lawyer. He is very professional, experienced and reassuring. Security Clearance - Written Response to SOR for Drug Involvement, Personal Misconduct and Criminal Conduct (Active Duty)

After getting notice from my security officer that I would be receiving a Statement of Reasons to preliminarily revoke my Secret clearance and deny my request for a TS/SCI, I thought my career in the military was over. I had no clue what I was doing or who the best option would be to help me with my... case. I contacted Alan Edmunds Firm after spending hours on Google reading reviews for other firms. I called and spoke to Mr. Ryan Nerney about my case. He explained the entire response process, all possible outcomes, pricing, and even offered a military discount. He was friendly, professional and sounded like he had a lot of experience. It all sounded too good to be true so I decided to look into a few other firms before making my decision. None of the other lawyers I spoke with even came close to comparing to the Edmund Firm in pricing, willingness to help or professionalism. I decided to go with Mr. Nerney and his team, which turned out to be the best decision I have ever made for my career. It took me two months to gather all the documents needed to build a strong response with Mr. Nerney. He provided valuable input along the way, advice on how to communicate with my chain of command about the matter and was always quick with responding via email. This was especially important to me because of being stationed overseas. After the response was submitted, I was still preparing for the worst. Security Clearance Appeal Hearing

I had a telephonic consultation with Mr. Edmonds to discuss my case and at that point decided to retain his services. Mr Edmunds and his staff told me EXACTLY what to anticipate. We went over the SOR line by line addressing everything in detail in a methodical manner without any judgements. Mr. Edmu...nds and his staff gave me precise instructions as to what documentation they needed for my case. Their timeline for the case was spot on. Whenever my wife or I had a question or concern they addressed them patiently and professionally. After the discovery phase, Mr. Edmunds took the time to get to know me in order represent me using the "whole person concept" vs allegations on a SOR. His knowledge, skill and ability during the actual hearing would make one think he had known me personally for years. I would highly recommend anyone finding themselves in similar circumstances would avail themselves of his world class services.
