It is amazing how quickly Bill can sift through all of information involved with a case and hone in on the salient points to reach accurate conclusions and devise a plan of action. One of the things I appreciate the most is that he takes time to explain the issues and points of law and how they appl...y to the case. It is a great example of why attorneys are often referred to as counselors. Bill is always well prepared and conducts himself in an ethical and professional manor. When he is working on one of our cases, I believe I am receiving the best representation possible.

Bill was the litigator for an ERISA plan , in which the former trustees had breached their fiduciary duties. Bill's performance in this role was outstanding because he was always extremely prepared and immediately responsive during the trial. For example one witness and one defendant testified fal...sely and Bill immediately referred them to admitted trial documents which proved their testimony was false. The defendant who testified falsely admitted his previous statement was "probably wrong". The judge in Federal Court ultimately ruled in our favor on the main issue in the case. A very important fact upon which he based this ruling was that this defendant's testimony was not true and this led the judge to rule in our favor on this primary issue.
