I engaged Tifany Markee on the refiling of i-130 and i-485 for my adopted daughter who is not a US citizen. Our previous petition and application was denied after a long wait of more than two years because my attorney was not familiar with the requirement for our type of case. An i-130 petition for a...n adopted child from a Hague convention country is a very complicated matter and many immigration attorneys are simply not trained for it.
