We received an RFE back in 2022 spring from the immigration office and were told that our family based I-130 case did not go through a proper adoption process because our previous attorney wasn't aware of international adoption law. Thankfully, we found Tifany in the midst of confusion and uncertaint...y. She provided us with excellent service and gave us sense of hope through out the long and tough process that we thought it was almost impossible to overcome. She helped us to reopen the court cases and went through the proper adoption process, eventually getting the approval from the court because of her expertise and wellness to fight for my case that was initially rejected by the judge. She spent the entire summer and fall of 2022 helping us with this matter and timely and properly filed important documents to respond to the RFE. While waiting for the immigration to approve our case, which took about a year, Tifany was very proactive and constantly update us on the status of the case in this lengthy waiting time. Even if there was no major updates, she would still respond to our emails in a very timely matter. Her empathy towards me and my family was never unnoticed and we truly felt that she cared about our well being and constantly gave us hope and comfort. She never hesitated to answer any questions and always offered to help me with different matters. Her and her office staffs were extremely professional and communicative. Finally, I received my green card in Feb 2024. We would not have gotten to where we are at right now without her help and expertise and this long process did not feel as tiring or tough because of her professionalism. We can't thank her enough for all the work that she has done for us. Without a doubt I would recommend her for anyone that has the same situation as me and I know the fact that she will treat her clients with her best ability and care
