Nadine Marie Sayegh

I would like to start off by saying I was lucky not to hire Nadine as my legal representation in family court, however the opposing party did. Her lack of attention to detail, unprofessionalism, and unresponsiveness is horrible. Unfortunately the other party was represented by Nadine and this case ...has taken 2 years and counting. She will not respond to me, nor did she respond to my previous counsel. The amount of errors on her paperwork submitted to court should be embarrassing. She did not even put the correct Judges name on the documents, among other things she was also completely unprepared for trial. I would not recommend her in to represent you in family court, or any court for that matter. From what I have seen she will drag things out only to continue to collect money from her clients.

I'm writing this review because Nadine took my money and never finished her job. It all started 5 years ago. I had just went through the government trying to get child support and the government messed up the court hearing after a 2 1/2 year process. I used all my tax money and then some to hire Nadi...ne to help me with the Child Support case. I had all the paperwork and everything from the government so she told me it should be a fast process. I just need to get a court hearing. She gave me an estimate of 3 months. Now my case was out of state, something new to her. I understand she had a learning curve but she took my money and said she could do it. Needless to say months and months went by, I hadn't even heard from her. I would often call her office and they would take weeks to get back to me. It's now 2 years later (Which by the way during those 2 years and she finally got the court date, I booked time off and got ready for this 5 year nightmare to be over with. I come to her office for my hearing (in Iowa, so it was over the phone) and she messed up the time and they cancelled the hearing! Now we had to get another court date (After she assured me I wouldn't be charged for her mistake) Needless to say by the time I had another court date my teenagers father was due a summer visit. While on that visit she decided to stay with her father to try it out. I had to put the case on hold, Nadine told me OK! Let me know if it doesn't work out and we need to reschedule the court date. 5 months passed, I call her and she wants to charge me another retainer fee. I am still in awe of what this women has the audacity to ask me for more money when she messed up the first court date and caused this whole train of events to unfold. I would not recommend her, this was a waste of money and years of my time.
