I called and spoke with Mr.Bliss about Probate for my ex husband's estate, I was attempting to find a probate lawyer for my daughter to hire. Mr. Bliss asked me several questions, including how much money is in my ex husbands bank account. As soon as I told Mr. Bliss, that his Social Security m...oney was definitely in his account Mr. Bliss stated I'm booked up until the end of August so I can't help you!! He didn't allow me to finish saying that my ex husband had cashed out his 401 K, so money from that may or may not also be in his account. I don't know since we weren't privileged to that information, as of yet, as the bank wouldn't disclose that information. Mr. Bliss seems to cherry pick the Probates that he wants, meaning he only wants to work Probates that are are guaranteed to net him huge profits. Sad but so very true. Mr Bliss didn't meet wiith me, so there was no 1 hour free consultation as his web site guaranteed there would be. Just a five minute phone interview, where he came across sounding as though he were annoyed. Thank you Mr. Bliss, thank you for not taking our case after all!! Since I found a very professional lawyer who is willing to help us.

I discovered Steven F Bliss while looking for an estate planning attorney in my area. I actually found a YouTube Video where he was giving a speech on this very subject. He seemed down to earth and friendly, not that those two qualifications mean anything in the eyes of the law. But at least I felt ...that we could relate to my family issues.
