I was heading back overseas, however, upon my return in May 2018, I contacted Lauren again, this time with all my documents and asked the question, “Can I do this?” She must have spent some hours going through all my documents and wrote back – Yes, we can do this. This gave me hope! My contact with Ms. Fair was always quick and to the point and extremely professional and informed. She clearly knew what she was talking about.
