Me and my husband contacted this firm after we decided we wanted to get married and adjust my status. We were a bit terrified of the process with all the things you read online so we were very lucky to find Harun. We did a free consultation where he explained to us what the process will be like, h...e was very knowledgeable, professional and we felt so comfortable that a few weeks after we decided we wanted to hire them to handle our process. All of our paperwork was carefully prepared and sent, and just 3 months of a very smooth process I was granted a green card at the interview. Excellent attorneys for your immigration issues!

Mr. Harun and Mr. Sakata are absolutely wonderful people! They are extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and helpful. My husband and me had certain complex issues to discuss and they did offer us a free consultation! Yes, they didn't charge me a buck, and just said they would charge us when we a...ctually hire them for representing our case. Fortunately, our issues didn't require legal representation for the moment but nevertheless, should we ever need any legal advice in the future, we would consult them for sure! I recommend all my friends in San Diego and elsewhere to consult Kazmi & Sakata Attorneys at Law in case of any legal advice.

Best immigration lawyer in San Diego!

I met Harun in 2010 for the processing of my green card. I had been dealing with lawyers for 15 years and was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised in the free 30 minute consultation. Unlike other lawyers who advertise free 30 minutes but try to rush you out of there in 15 minutes or less, Harun ...gave me full attention, listened to my case and my concerns, and gave his input. I knew right then that it was going to be a good relationship. In the past I had to follow-up with lawyers on everything relating to the case, but it was the opposite with Harun. During the entire green card process, he stayed on top of my case - from what supporting documents are needed to the appointment dates with immigration. As a result, my green card process went very smoothly. I went back to Harun for filing of my citizenship this year and I had no complains this time either. At my interview, even the immigration officer complimented and said that the lawyer (Harun) prepared a very good file for me, and that it was very professional. I think this compliment says a lot about Harun and his professionalism and services. I loved my experience of working with Harun and recommend him to my friends and anyone else who asks for a referral. You will not go wrong with choosing Harun for your immigration needs.

Professional, Responsive and Free Consultation

I'd like to share my experience working with Mr. Harun Kazmi. I found Mr. Kazmi last October on http://lawyers.com. At the time, I had an urgent need to find a good immigration lawyer. I was finally offered a job I really liked after searching for years, but the employer knew little about work vis...a or immigration law. They were surprised that I needed work visa sponsorship and they were hesitant. Mr. Kazmi offered me free consultation. He spent 30 minutes with me to learn the whole situation. He then found a time to talk to the employer shortly afterwards and explained everything to them. The employer was satisfied with the new knowledge they learned from Mr. Kazmi and felt comfortable sponsoring my work visa. I received my offer right after the meeting. And until then, Mr. Kazmi did not charge me a penny even hough he had spent more than an hour talking to me and meeting with my employer. Mr. Kazmi was very responsive and professional. He always responded to my emails within 1 hour during business hours. When we received my H-1B approval email and found that the ending validity date was incorrect, he immediately filed a request. The USCIS accepted his request and made an adjustment accordingly within a few days. I would recommend Mr. Harun Kazmi to anyone who needs help with work visa and immigration law.
