The Go To Immigration Attorney

This was my second time working with Harun. I reached out to him again after 9 years because of his professionalism, courtesy and profound knowledge of the PR process. Glad to say, the qualities remain. Harun helped us navigate my mother's PR application process (1-485 and I-765) during COVID time...s and we were happy to receive her green card within a few months. If a question was to be asked of me whether I would work with Harun again? The answers would be "I have" and "I still would".

Excellent immigration legal support - thank you!

Harun Kazmi was instrumental in helping my wife obtain her green card. He was very knowledgeable about the current regulations and coached us through the entire process, including attending our immigration interview. I highly recommend Kazmi & Sakata!

Strongly Recommend

I met Harun Kazmi in 2012 and he has assisted me with my H-1B working visa, H-1B extension as well as my Green Card process since then. Thanks to Mr. Kazmi, all of my applications went smoothly and very quick. Visa processes are very stressful and it is really hard to find an attorney who really car...es about your case and answer all your questions no matter how many times you ask  Harun is VERY responsive. It is very important to have an attorney who would respond back to your emails and calls right away. Harun is VERY detail oriented, highly professional and experienced. I can’t thank Harun enough for his incredible help and I will definitely be back when I need his help again!!! I would strongly recommend Mr. Kazmi as an Immigration Attorney.

Best immigration lawyer in San Diego!

I met Harun in 2010 for the processing of my green card. I had been dealing with lawyers for 15 years and was skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised in the free 30 minute consultation. Unlike other lawyers who advertise free 30 minutes but try to rush you out of there in 15 minutes or less, Harun ...gave me full attention, listened to my case and my concerns, and gave his input. I knew right then that it was going to be a good relationship. In the past I had to follow-up with lawyers on everything relating to the case, but it was the opposite with Harun. During the entire green card process, he stayed on top of my case - from what supporting documents are needed to the appointment dates with immigration. As a result, my green card process went very smoothly. I went back to Harun for filing of my citizenship this year and I had no complains this time either. At my interview, even the immigration officer complimented and said that the lawyer (Harun) prepared a very good file for me, and that it was very professional. I think this compliment says a lot about Harun and his professionalism and services. I loved my experience of working with Harun and recommend him to my friends and anyone else who asks for a referral. You will not go wrong with choosing Harun for your immigration needs.

Greencard help

Harun possessed a clear understanding of my particular case and the subtleties it contained. This ensured a calming feeling each time we were in contact. He was prompt and answered all questions I had, clearly and honestly. I felt I had a friend in my corner throughout the potentially sticky greencar...d process. The whole process was so much less painful the quicker than I ever imagined. Recommended.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
