Friendly staff, very prepared attorney.
Mr. Stacy helped me with my divorce case a few years ago and now with other legal matter. He has helped me and my family a lot. It's hard for me to believe what these other people had to say about Mr. Stacy. I have nothing but say nice things about him. Thank you!

Worst attorney ever
He took over 3 years to finalize my divorce. He offered to return the attorney fees because of this, and never heard from him again. Worst customer service with the staff that he has, very rude. I would not recomend him to anybody.

Great service
I used Roger Stacy for my chapter 13 and was so happy that he got my second mortgage lien stripped from my house when I am finished with my bankrupcy. I am very happy with his service and have recommended him to others.

worst attorney in San Diego
He is the worst attorney of San Diego, would never return any calls. Would take your money and never take care of your case at all. Save your money and hire a better attorney. He is not professional at all, either any of his staff.
