I have been practicing tax law since 2012 and I have significant experience representing both individuals and businesses before the various taxing agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Franchise Tax Board (FTB), the Employment Development Department (EDD), the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), and others. I have successfully handled tax audits, collection matters, trust fund cases, offshore disclosure cases, complicated lien issues, and criminal tax matters. I enjoy defending taxpayers from the overwhelming power wielded by state and federal government.
