It has taken me a moment to post this Raving and Beyond Appreciative Review of Jeffrey D. Schreiber, as I am Still in Shock that this Amazing Man was able to Accomplish and WIN the Pandora's Box of problems my bankruptcy became due to a botched re-fi processed years earlier. Mr. Schreiber literally w...ent up against 2 Major Banks and the Title Co. over the course of 2 1/2 years to represent me and WIN the Case of The Century!! I am in AWE of his Amazing Talents, Vast Knowledge & Expertise, and Highly Informed tactics, as is Everyone who is familiar with my case. I realized that due to post-divorce financial realities & a changing economy, my only remaining option appeared to be bankruptcy. While speaking with Mr. Schreiber, who was referred by a friend, & explaining my situation, he gave me a lot of solid information to try to avert the bankruptcy by encouraging me to attempt to settle with the bank once more. I was surprised by his compassion, impressed with his expertise - pleased that he was giving me possible alternatives to filing, all conveyed in a very relaxed, no pressure, phone conversation. I had made numerous attempts prior to settle with the bank in desperate efforts to Save my Home. I took Mr. Schreiber's advice & attempted settling with the bank once more as a last ditch effort. Again the bank would not budge & left me once again exploring bankruptcy. So I met with Mr. Schreiber to discuss my case. He was able to quickly discern what needed to be done & how to do it. Because it was a complicated issue, I did seek some second opinions & very quickly realized how inept these other attys were & they would need to "research" how to handle my case. Mr. Schreiber proved to be head and shoulders above all the rest. Quite frankly, I was appalled at my other 'choices' and felt better than ever about Mr. Schreiber's vast knowledge and expertise. Ironically, the first hearing that we attended also had one of the other attys I had sought, there representing someone else. While Mr. Schreiber was completely calm, collected, thorough & prepared, the other atty was obviously quite the opposite: frazzled, disorganized, unprepared and ended up having to postpone his case due to his lack of preparation. You can imagine my relief that I chose wisely. What started out as a complicated case became a virtual Pandora's Box of revealed problems and uncovered errors made years ago in a botched re-fi. These errors needed to be corrected before we could proceed, and Mr. Schreiber has been absolutely Stellar in going up against the attys from 2 Major Banks (US Bank & Chase) and the Title Co. that were all now involved, to untangle and correct the previous errors that had been made & they were now using to try to foreclose on my home. Mr. Schreiber appeared, on my behalf, at numerous court dates that were set and continued, being drug out by the bank repeatedly - Yet another ploy by the bank. Mr. Schreiber represented me expertly and not once did he back down to the banks constant pressure, but was able to keep my case alive so we could come back and fight another day... The whole time fighting for me to be able to keep my home that I've been in since 1996 and was now in jeopardy of losing. That was never an option for myself, and Thankfully Mr. Schreiber fought as hard for it as if it was his own home! I cannot elaborate enough how Thankful I am to this Wonderful and Compassionate Man, as life happens along the way, and in the interim, I was also diagnosed with cancer, and was thusly laid off from my job while out on my leave of absence getting treatment. Not once did I need to worry about my bankruptcy as I Knew I was in the Best hands possible & Mr. Schreiber relieved and spared me the extra stress and anxiety so I could focus on my health. I would recommend Jeffrey Schreiber to anyone that is completely in debt that has no choice but to declare bankruptcy. He gave me excellent advise and fully prepared me for everything that was going to happen. He made me feel very comfortable with my situation.
