I retained her to revise my trust. At our meeting she did not even look at the documents but went though a script in which she recommended hiring a fiduciary, getting different property insurance coverage and she had names of companys she could recommend. For a good part of the time she gave her opi...nion at to what provisions should be in a heath care directive. She did not address the changes I wanted to make in the trust but gave me "homework " which was basically to find a fiduciary and provided me a list of her recommendations. She was very forceful as to following her script and cut me off when ai tried to gt back to the issue of changes in the trust. The result was a bill for $945 and nothing done to address the changes I wanted to my trust.

Reached out to Kristen Fritz for assistance during a family crisis. Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. Not only did they she fail to listen to my concerns, but just flat out displayed a complete lack of empathy. Instead of trying to understand my situation, ...taking the time to just ask some basic questions, she immediately assumed the worst and approached the situation with a rude demeanor. I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking compassionate and attentive legal representation.
