Words can’t describe the gratitude I have towards David Simon. I hired David in late 2021 for a failure to stop, DUI refusal and DUI charge that was pending for over a year and a half. David always checked in with me for updates and always answered my questions immediately with the upmost professiona...lism. I’m so glad I found David. Even though he was very hopeful about getting the best outcome possible, I should mention that he was also very honest not only throughout the entire process, but from the very beginning on our first phone call. Anytime I called or texted he was very prompt in his responses..., his constant communication & transparency exceeded my expectations. Even if he hadn’t been able to achieve the same outcome, I would still have nothing but positive things to say about him & his representation of me.
