Bruce is a well-respected expert in the field of intellectual property. His unique skill set has developed over a quarter of a century practicing law (1) as an attorney in private practice, (2) as patent counsel at successful high-technology companies, and (2) as both a law school instructor and act...ive speaker in the community. My introduction to Bruce, oddly enough, occurred during critical review of a significant patent portfolio he managed as a vice president in the patent division at a Fortune 500 company. I was tasked with evaluating the strength of the patent portfolio in support of a billion-dollar litigation matter, and found that Bruce skillfully built the patent portfolio at issue.
