Alyssa B. Kiley represents corporations, partnerships, and individuals involved in real property disputes, breach of contract claims, and various other business-related matters. Ms. Kiley represents clients in all litigation phases and multiple fora including agreement drafting, mediation, arbitration, administrative hearings, and trial.
A native Southern Californian, Ms. Kiley grew up in Irvine prior to attending Northwestern University as a National Merit Scholar for her undergraduate degree, where she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Classics with a Focus in Latin.
Ms. Kiley earned her law degree with distinction of Cum Laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. Upon graduation, she received the Irvin J. Kahn Award for Excellence in Real Property. She was also a recipient of a CALI Excellence for the Future award as the highest-scoring student in her Corporate Counsel course. Additionally, she received the School of Law Honor Scholarship and Albert and Mae Lee Memorial Scholarship for Strong Scholastic Ability and Outstanding Moral Character. During her time at the University of San Diego, Ms. Kiley was accepted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, the oldest continuing legal organization in the United States. Ms. Kiley was active in numerous leadership organizations throughout campus.
Before attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Ms. Kiley worked as a Paralegal in New York reviewing and writing title, facilitating residential real estate sales from contract to closing, and working on plaintiff’s personal injury claims.
During her legal education, Ms. Kiley worked through the Corporate Counsel internship at a San Diego Real Estate Development and Management Company reviewing commercial property leases, working closely with General Counsel and Outside Counsel regarding ongoing litigation matters and coming to optimal conclusions based on business goals.
Prior to becoming an associate attorney at Webb Law Group, Ms. Kiley was a law clerk for the firm throughout her legal education. During her time clerking for Webb Law Group, Ms. Kiley gained experience in Trials, law and motion practice, discovery methods, alternative dispute resolution and assisted in settling numerous cases for Webb Law Group clients. Ms. Kiley is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including depositions, evidentiary hearings, and she has acted as lead trial counsel in numerous matters.
Alyssa B. Kiley, a member of the San Diego and Fresno County Bar Associations, is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of California. Ms. Kiley is also a member of the National Association for Women Lawyers, Lawyer’s Club of San Diego, and the California Bar Association.
