Teresa Trucchi

Teresa created me a Living Trust. She helped me take into account various points concerning my assets and health care decisions, which I didn't know about. Also, my partner and I plan to adopt, so it was important for us to find an attorney that can adapt the trust to our future life changes and wal...k us through the adoption process. Initially, I was discouraged by the paperwork and process, but Teresa made it very easy by explaining all of the documents, and answering all of my questions. I hired Teresa last year to assist in my custody case. And it was one of the best descisions I have ever made. She was awesome! When dealing with something so personal tempers can flair. She was readily availible and really listened to all of my concerns. She was able to explain things throughly to my and the other party so there was no communication errors between us. More importantly, she shoots it to you straight, i may have not liked everything she said, but it was advice I needed to hear so I wouldn't make a rash descision out of anger. With her legal council I feel I have a stronger relationship with the other person involved which makes co-parenting a lot easier. I wish I would have gone to her sooner than I did. I have reccommended her to friends and family. If I ever find myself in a situation where I would need a lawyer again, she woukd be the first person I call. Hands down! Thank you Teresa!
