I was in a MVA and i didn't have any car insurance. I called many firms and Jennifer was the only one that would take my case. I also mentioned to Jennifer that a part of my body was injured and I would need great future medical expenses, which I thought was a long shot. I realized my case was very d...ifficult given my circumstances, but Jennifer accepted my case nevertheless and she advised me the best options I had. I had work and i needed time to find a doctor but Jennifer waited patiently. To my surprise Jennifer was excellent at negotiating and she got me a wonderful settlement amount despite my circumstances, and I believe this is the best possible outcome there could be. I could not thank Jennifer enough. To those of you reading my review, my advise is that many 'big firms' spend big bucks on advertisement and in the end customers are the ones paying for it. Big firms also hire paralegals and assistants at low cost to do all the work (including negotiation), and the 'real lawyer' would only talk to you on the phone for 10 minutes on the day you call, so do not expect to receive professional service and care. Jennifer doesn't spend much on ads, she trusted me and showed me that she cared about me and my wellbeing instead of just making a profit. She also addressed my concerns promptly and patiently and it meant a lot to me. Her kindness, not just her skills, makes her an extraordinary lawyer. I hope more people find and hire her as she deserves more business and us customers deserve great services that her firm provides. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family and would find her again if I need her service!

I've read the reviews and disagree. I got into an accident almost two years ago and my case is still not settled. I have emailed her assistant to forward to the attorney without response. My mom and I both have called her and seem to get no answers. I'm glad others have had good experiences with her ...but I have not. I am hoping she will settle this case because the statue of limitations have ran out!

Jennifer and her associates were very professional in handling my case. They knew exactly what was going to happen and explained to me in layman terms how the process would go and what the outcomes could possibly be. They were very fast and kept me in the loop at all times. Not once did I feel neglec...ted or misinformed. They were always in contact or very easily able to get in contact with. Overall experience with this firm was great and an easy 10 on the scale.
