I worked with 3 lawyers in the past. One of which was through the military so I didn’t feel trust was an issue. Then I worked with another lawyer who I thought I trusted but it turned out that she was committing fraudulent acts not only on my case but on several other cases. Not only did I feel viol...ated but it made me lose that sense of trust….in any lawyer. Then I was introduced to Ms. Siverts. Of course I was very nervous when we first met only because of my previous experience but right away I felt a sense of certainty, a sense of assurance. Jennifer has made our home mortgage HAMP modification finally happen! We tried 3 times on our own and were always denied for some technicality although we knew we met the requirements. Jennifer impressed my husband and I from the moment we met her, she has a 'can-do' attitude and a bit of a fight wit...hout being pretentious (sorry, just my usual opinion of lawyers!). Her pricing was very fair and she always knew what was going on with our modification. Our first request of her was just to write a letter on our behalf to our bank after our third modification attempt had been denied. She got an answer for us (although it was the answer we already suspected, no) and was nice enough to put the cost of the letter towards her modification fees. After hiring her to take on our modification I was continuously impressed by her and her staff. She was a step ahead of the bank and knew exactly when, what, and who to ask. Although some of her other staff also worked on our case, Jennifer was usually the one to provide updates. When we called to check in there was always an update, they had already called the bank a few days ago, there was never a 'let us call you back' or ' we are going to call them soon'. We would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone needed legal advice or help. Thanks to Jennifer we get to stay in our beloved home!
