Biography
Experienced California attorney specializing in construction, real estate, personal injury and product liability litigation matters throughout Southern California.
I have extensive experience in all phases of litigation and have successfully resolved dozens of complex liability disputes for clients arising from contracts in a wide variety of industries including residential and commercial construction/workmanship defects; residential tenancy and landlord tenant law; multifamily and commercial sales & leasing; durable goods manufacturers; consumer product manufacturing; hospitality, nightlife, food and beverage service; charter transportation; automobile financing; residential elder care; and legal services.
Over the last ten years of practice, I concentrated my practice in the defense of businesses and individuals in civil litigation throughout California. With the launch of my own firm, Isaacs Law Firm APC in 2020, I have an opportunity to help individuals and small businesses in a wide variety of legal disputes.
I will continue to provide personalized, compassionate and cost-effective legal services to the San Diego community in the areas of real estate, construction, personal injury, product liability, and business litigation.
I also look forward to continuing my pro bono work for the San Diego Volunteer Law Program.
