My practice focuses on helping my clients understand their legal rights and take appropriate action to secure or protect those rights.  I limit the kinds of law I practice so I can focus my skills and stay sharp.  These areas of practice include helping my clients in the following ways: 

I help families with their estate planning so their wishes are respected and someone they trust has the legal authority to step in if they can't manage their own finances and health care decisions. 

I help people deal with the legal requirements of managing an estate or trust after their loved one has passed away.   

I help heirs and beneficiaries collect their inheritance when an unscrupulous person has taken unfair advantage.

I help families protect their elders from fraud and financial abuse by thieves and parasites.  

I am also on the list of court approved attorneys who are appointed by the court to represent elders and developmentally disabled adults in conservatorship matters. 

I've been doing this work for 25 years and I love what I do.
