Samuel Micah Salom

Sam Salom represents clients in various business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial debt collection, employment issues, and other business disputes. A substantial part of his practice focuses on enforcing civil money judgments. Sam has extensive experience navigating post-judgment procedures and effectively employing the enforcement methods available to judgment creditors.

In addition to his litigation practice, Sam serves as general counsel to businesses, advising on a broad range of matters, including corporate and LLC governance and maintenance, contracts and transactions, employment issues, and other day‑to‑day legal matters that arise in operating a business.

For the last six years (2021-2026), Sam has been selected to the San Diego Rising Stars list for business and corporate law by Super Lawyers® rating service — a distinction awarded to only 2.5% of eligible attorneys.

Sam earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and ranking in the top 9% of his class. He was awarded academic merit and creative problem-solving scholarships. During law school, Sam served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judith McConnell, Administrative Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, and for the Honorable Jan M. Adler (Ret.), U.S. Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Before attending law school, Sam graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Anthropology.

Sam is admitted to practice law in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
