If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My mom was in a car accident and wasn't able to deal with the insurance companies herself. Sammy was our hero. He listened and was very caring and comfortable. He made the process very easy, kept in contact, and was a pleasure to work with. Sammy assisted us with our case after my husband was in a terrible car accident. We had no idea what to do but lucky for us we were referred to Sammy who made the complete process as painless as it can be. He was caring to us and our family and followed thru and answered any questions we had. I, w...ho was not involved in the accident would also follow up with him and he was super attentive and would always reply to my questions. Our case took close to a year to settle but along the way Sammy would let us know where our case was standing. we recently settled our third auto accident case. Mr. Rihan has represented all three members of my family. Six years ago, I was rear ended and he was up front and told me my vehicle would get repaired, but i should not expect to get rich. The other insurance company started threats almost immediatel...y. That stopped when I had a lawyer. when we settled, my vehicle was at least as good as before the accident, all the bills were paid, and I received a few dollars on top of that. Mr. Rihan always returned my calls promptly and treated me as a partner, not a paycheck Later when my wife and daughter were rear ended, I knew who to call. My car was repaired, my wife was medically cared for,and her case was closed. Mr. Rihan was always there to answer question, and solve problems. My daughter was a different story, she required surgery, and the insurance company played hardball. It took four years to settle her case and my respect and admiration for Mr. Rihan grew that entire time.The initial settlement offer was too low, and because of his hard work, my daughter received a settlement 3.5 times higher than at first. As long as Mr.Rihan is lisenced to practice law in California, I will look for him if anyone in my family should ever be involved in an accident again. He is the absolute professional and friendly person to handle your problems, and take care of you.
