Throughout her undergraduate studies Ms. Ryan-Cruz worked at two local companies ultimately reaching management roles furthering her understanding of business operations. Licensed by the California Department of Insurance, Ms. Ryan-Cruz moved on to assist a new insurance agent develop his book of business and focused primarily on marketing, information systems, and commercial accounts counseling business owners by helping them customize unique insurance coverage plans for their business needs. By working closely with business owners throughout the years, Ms. Ryan-Cruz expanded her knowledge in business and corporate needs.
